“I have been asked to write a testimonial for YOUR MOVE Spencer & Sener, and am more than glad to do so.
This was a first time purchase for my partner and I, and it simply would not have happened without the tireless dedication and tenacity of Spencer Smith. From the day we first saw the property to the one when we exchanged contracts there was rarely a day in between that he did not phone, ensuring we were aware of any updates, and keeping the wheels in motion.
Every house purchase has its share of drama – ours was no exception – in those times when we lost heart or hope, Spencer was always on hand to offer advice and possible solutions. When he was not available, his partner Sener proved just as helpful. Any unanswered calls were always returned within half an hour.
At one point in our sale, the entire deal was under threat by circumstances beyond our control. Thanks to an extraordinary piece of brinksmanship by Spencer& Sener, the hopes of ourselves and five other homebuyers in the chain were realised.
