I simply had to share my experience with the public. Recently, I had the privilege of renting a property in central London. Throughout my stay I was dealing with two gentleman who were very efficient. They contacted me way before my arrival with clear and precise check in information and even met me in person to hand over the keys. A tour was provided by them to make sure I became familiar with the flat and whatever was in it. I was provided with a contact number and e-mail address of theirs incase I needed anything.

Saffron were ok at organising a flat rental but seem to use workmen who have little integrity and no urgency and so problems remain for weeks and sometimes even months with nothing but excuses
