Rude and aggressive estate agents.
Have been having problems with bed bugs and mice for months, very little was done.
Last night we had a water leak from the apartment above us, which left our mattress soaked with water and no electricity. The estate agent asked - What am I supposed to do?
Nothing has been sorted so far. Have no bed to sleep on and they just do not care.
