It has been 2 and a half months since we vacated the property we rented from Shogun last year, and we still haven't got our deposit back, despite having done everything they have asked. Emails are often ignored and they require constant reminders of what they have said they will do. I would definitely NEVER use them again.

Passed the office ann thought i'd give them a go, very profetional service. Young, smart and presentable negotiator listened to exactly what I was looking for and showed me the right flats. Ended up takin a flat, since they manage the property we have had no problems at all.
