They are the worst estate agent i have dealt with.

They are never open. They make promises which is never fulfilled. Highly unprofessional. Constantly had to chase for rental payment. They never made sure the tenants actually registered for all bill payments. My tenants left without paying their bills which the agency did not even check.

I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Stay completely away from them. More headache than it is worth.

They need to be:
1) available - most of the time, it is closed
2) professional - they have no protocol to follow
3) more trustworthy with tenants and landlords with charges
4) not overpromising and underdelivering all the time
5) non- judgemental; you cannot tell if a person can afford rent by just looking at them!
6)transparent in their dealings
7) enthusiastic about what they are doing
8) working as a team
9) eager to pass the rents to landlords; they can take months to pass the rent on.

So much to say about them. Would never recommend them. Clear away from it.

Definitely give misleading information, they are very non-professional in the way they handle business. They said everything to tie me down to the property... even up to the extent of asking me to pay a fully refundable deposit so they can get me onboard. Because I was quick to identify some discrepancy between the Agent and the landlord (a company that that find clients for) after a meeting all 3 parties had. I was uncomfortable with the arrangement and stated I was no longer interested.

A credit check was not done because I didn’t fill the forms but now. They refuse to refund the once refundable £350.

As far as i am concerned it does not stop here for me. I am taking them to court cause at no point in time did i sign anything binding me to a contract, or a deposit.

I had a very bad service with this company, they gave me false advice and a very costly one,i felt rushed and found out more about the property than i was told before i took the tenancy. ended arguing with the landlord about benefits i thought i had in the property on advice from the estate agent.
