Button Property could improve their communication skills and get better at fixing things in a timely manner. Currently they refuse to fix things. We had no hot water for over 6 months and they refused to do anything about it! It has been utterly unbearable. They wouldn't fix the boiler and they are difficult to get hold of - they often go on holiday and are out of office for weeks without telling us. They keep telling us that the hot water is fine, when it is not at all. We left the house feeling quite disrespected.

It has been incredibly difficult being a tenant of Button Property. We have very rarely asked for anything as tenants but when we have it has been very difficult. We requested a part of the house to be fixed on the day we arrived and it was not fixed until months into our tenancy.
On top of this there is very little info online about the company and no information at all regarding the landlord/s or person in charge. We have a single email address and the person we contact is constantly changing, making on going problems very hard to resolve.
Our experience with them has been so far from satisfactory, particularly given the amount of money that we have passed to them over the years. I would not recommend Button unless you feel the price can make up for the unfair treatment you may receive once you have signed a contract. I would improve my opinion of them if they made it easier to contact them and were more transparent when communicating with you.
