Very good service and friendly staff! They were extremely helpful and always quick and available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking "service"! HORRENDOUS FEES!!! Never come across such incompetence! The agents are unbelievably unprofessional! They invite themselves for dinner, dump their personal problems on you, blame all delays and problems on their colleagues. They disappear for days on end, never call you back, don't arrange anything! You have to spend hours chasing them around and telling them to do their job. Delays of 3 weeks for simple tenancy agreement. They leave doors unlocked after viewings! they charge 450 pounds for changing one name on a contract!!
NEVER WORK WITH THEM!!
