I would strongly suggest that you think twice before using Maxim property.
They are classic estate agents - promise to do things so that you sign but then fail to deliver.
When you revert to them and try and get them to follow through, they find reasons not to stick to their promises.
Renting in London is expensive enough, the last thing you need is a poor quality agency.
