Purple Homes

This so-called letting agent is flat-out terrible! I have never dealt with such an incompetent and lazy bunch of know-nothing money-grubbing idiots. They have nothing but contempt for anyone who tries to get them to do any actual managing of their properties, such as... oh, organising credit checks, contracts, inspections and repairs.

I would physically throw myself in front of anyone thinking of using Purple Homes to stop them going in the door, it would be for the best for their health and mental wellbeing.Okay, they have a cute name and they forgot to charge us for a couple of things because they are so disorganised. I say this in the name of having a balanced review. But it's the only good thing Purple Homes ever did.

I wish I knew how this agency stays in business.... I cannot believe that they have ever provided a good service to anybody.
