Appalling communication / in fact NO contact and constant emails ignored !!!
Are prospective landlords and sellers aware of the company's bad reviews! Terrible service to clients.

it's been now 5 months since we moved from our flat and we have received little to no communication from this agency while organizing the process to retrieve our deposit. We left the left in the state that we rented after 3 years living there, we hired a professional cleaning service before leaving plus we were quick to reply and payed our rent in advance for the whole period - all of this was met with no response to our emails, with an abusive charge for renewing contract and now the first contact we have in the past 3 months is an email from another department charging even more money.

This is an extremely unprofessional agency, I suggest if you are forced in business with them as we were (landlord's chosen agency) make sure everything is in writing. We are building a claim against them so if you read this and wish to share previous experience that could help please reach out.

A lot to improve on. Fine when living with them - I'm still waiting for my deposit back 18 months after moving out of the flat though. Urban Spectrum don't call you back when they say they will, dealing with them can be exhausting - they are very poorly organised. Nice people but need to improve their service.

Slow to respond to any requests for repairs, even going so far as to pretend that they had never received my emails and calling me a lier even when I had responses from them! Currently waiting to see if they will proceed with claims that completely untarnished walls require money from my deposit for 'repairs'.

Prospective customers be warned to get EVERYTHING in writing and be very, very thorough with the inventory upon moving in.

Worst estate agents that i've ever used. Very unprofessional, only did things when you complained, ignored emails sent and didn't return calls. Still outstanding monies they owe me from an overpayment and I moved out 3 months ago.

Can't quite believe they've managed to get away with their actions for so long.
