I found Christopher Bond to be extremely dishonest and had to start with legal threats in order to get paid. Be careful, he will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get your business. Once you have instructed him, then say byebye to any customer service, all rents/ payments will be in arrears, you will have to employ debt collecting agencies to chase him, so many lies coming from him, from over valued properties to deposits non refunded to tenants, deduction of fees without the landlord's permission. BE CAREFUL.

We used this agency to rent our property out. Rental money and repairs were generally late and they tripled their fee without informing us - so we terminated the contract. But three months later they have not paid back rent collected or the deposit, although they agree that the money is owed to us. They are not members of either property ombudsman schemes or deposit protection agency (both a legal requirements). My advice is not to use this agency, if feeling brave and thinking about pressing on with them do a CCJ check first. It only costs a few pounds and could save you thousands - literally.
