We have had an extremely bad time renting with John Payne. We have let them know all our complaints/ comments however nothing has been done. I would strongly recommend people choose another provider - especially if you are busy/ have children and do not wish to make multiple complaints and requests with little response. I would not want others to end up in uninhabitable properties.
