Hey there, in response to the review above…

I’m the customer relations manager of Claremont Estates and I’d like to apologise for your bad experience. I’ve had a look through our records and cannot seem to find a record of us still holding a clients deposit where it should have been refunded! Please could you tell us when this transaction took place and which property you were hoping to lease from us. It is against our fair policy to let a property to someone else if a holding fee has been taken. Please contact us by phone or visit the office so we can resolve this for you straightaway.
