Kings Estate Agent is terrible. They don't call you back or get you informed at all about what's going on. And when you call, they are out or on phone or with someone and they never call you back.
We packed everything and was going to move to a new flat, we signed everything, got the referencing done(310), paid the deposit of £300 and the day we went to get the keys they said the landlord put someone else to the flat. We also told our current landlord that we will be moving. And now we are stuck in the middle. So whatever you do do not go to Kings for anything.
