This company has really bad service and very rude staff. They never bother to do any property checks, deal with any maintenance checks or collect rent arrears. Tbey didnt even serve a section 21 notice or even secure the deposit during the term of the tenancy. Infact everything they did was wrong and useless. The manager is rude and insolent and should never be alliwed to work as an agent. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone if they wish to save themself from a great deal of grief.
