Never rent with this company.

I have rented many flats in London from a variety of agents and this is the worst I or anyone I have met has encountered. Customer service is awful, calls and emails are never returned, and they will take every bit of money from you possible.

All I can say, is Chase Evans need to improve their customer service and treat people like people. We have respected the flat we lived in and got nothing for it. The company needs to realise they treat people like animals and this is no way to do business. If I ran my business in this way, it would be closed down by now.

I just moved to the UK from OZ, and while moving has been a complete nightmare. Working with Chase Evans has been a blessing.

I can't tell you the amount of tears which have been shed over this moved, but I can't fault the help and assistance the team has given us.

My partner and I have rented property in the Docklands through Chase Evans for the past 3 years. And apart from a few expected issues with renting, we’ve been more than happy with their service.

We moved again just recently as we fancied a change and working with Shahid has been a pleasure. He is easy to deal with and is genuinely interested in helping people find their perfect place. We would really recommend working with him.

Dear All

I was lucky that I was appointed Monica Hsueh to handle the inspection and rental of my apartment in April 2012. I have been very impressed with her spontaneity,initiative, helpfulness and diligence.

She would go the extra mile to offer her help whenever I emailed her even though there were some other staff attending to the rental or sales of my unit.

When I was on a visit last month to view my apartment, I had a chance to meet up with her and it has been truly a positive experience and her service was spectacular.

We found the right place in a really short space of time and with great links to the docklands and the city.

As with all the other negative reviews on here, I too agree.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They will intice you in, you will pay them the money, then you will hear nothing from them. When you want to move out, it just gets worse..... and with regards to getting your deposit back... I would kiss goodbye to it when you give it over at the start of the agreement.
You will not get it back or only some of it if you are really lucky, and the blood, sweat and tears you have to go through in order to get it back is painfull. You will ask yourself why you bothered to rent off them in the first place.
No responce to emails, and they do not call you back.
Basically if you have money to burn and dont care about losing your deposit then go for it.

Avoid this estate agency.

I'm also having a nightmare getting back my deposit for absolutely no fault of my own. It's over a month now and mine is also registered with the DPS.

Have to say exactky the same regarding the deposit. We are waiting for several weeks and everytime we call them, they can't give us an aswer. They are not responding to any email that we sent. This is really annoying as we really need the money

Like most estate agents they are fine when taking your money. However, they have failed to return my deposit (which is currently being held under the DPS) and have now failed to reply to my emails querying the delay.

I was hopeful that they would be the exception to the rule, unfortunately my optimism was misplaced...
