Possibly the worst estate agency in London. Most unprofessional people I have ever come across in my whole life. Buildings are kept in poor conditions, when a problem occurs the estate agent is constantly unreachable as well as useless; dealing with them has been a nightmare. Furthermore, the security of buildings is extremely poor, doors are not safe and strangers crashed inside the house a few times. I strongly reccomend to avoid this agency.

SAI Properties have provided me with great proffessional services. Staff were absolutely poliet and friendly.

I rented a room managed by SaiProperties.Flat was enormous and reasonably priced.We asked for a few repairs to be done and each time SaiProperties responded very efficiently.I have rented new flat with well known agency and their level of service is nowhere as professional as SaiProperties.

I would strong recommending another estate agent, as i believe that these individuals do not know what they are doing. These individuals are very unprofessional and are just concerned with getting you committed in signing a contract with lies. I believe these people will not just take your money, but put you in misery for years. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.

Really not happy with the service I received from these guys.I get the distinct impression that they dont really have a clue what they're doing. Their office is akin to a taxi rank with a few desks thrown in for good measure. Before moving into our rented flat I was promised it would be professionally cleaned, it wasn't and when I challenged this it was clear that they really couldn't have cared less. Now we have come to the end of our tenancy (thank god!) the estate agents turns up late to the viewing appointments without apology. I have to bite my lip when I hear them telling the next potential tenants that the property will, of course, be professionally cleaned!

We all know finding a flat through agencies is a pain in the butt. They are indiferent & patronising unless they think they can take your money in which case they will be after u like a dog on heat. I'm not really inclined to post reviews but I have to say the guys at SAI Properties were fantastic. They were helpful, considerate & frankly very unusual for what you expect from agents. Never pushed me & let the flats speak for themselves, whilst being very well informed about the area, the properties & all the issues that one would expect to arise from renting a flat. Their fees were very reasonable & they worked tirelessly to get me the best possible deal. They were personable & charming & this girl is definitely impressed! Anna, London
