I rented a property off MBL for 3 years. As you would expect, things did go wrong occasionally but they were always rectified in a timely manner by their competent staff.

They were also very fair in terms of differentiating between breakages and wear and tear at the end of the tenancy.

I am currently going through a nightmare with my current agency. This is was led me to write this positive review about MBL ....... i definitely do not take it for-granted. Thanks MBL

We've been tenants for 8years with MBL Estates & cannot recommend them highly enough. They are faultlessly fair& friendly& always quick to attend to arising repairs or issues. As the other reviewer said they are like an extension of our family! My son has Asperger's(a form of autism)&the understanding&support they've shown in respect of this has overwhelmed me. Lovely people, genuinely caring&willing to help you. We were so lucky that we found MBL all those years ago & are very grateful for their personal yet professional way of property management.

i rented a flat throught them in which i had sevral problems and they did nothing to sort out these problems. I was left with no hot water and heating and after sevral complaits they still did nothing. would not recomend to anyone. there very good at the selling point of view and if your not that bothered what you spend on a flat and what you get for your money rent throught them. I for one will not do this again.

These people are 100% genuine. They looked after me incredibly well. I have already recommended MBL to other people hence I found this website and am leaving this message. They are like an extension of my family.
