Nelsons Lettings

I have dealt with Nelson's Lettings when I moved in London and they have been awful. They showed me the flat ensured me there was no issues and the landlord was nice, they got their money and from then it went terribly wrong. They had forgotten to ensure that the landlord signed his copy of the contract, I wad given the keys to the flat with 30 hours delay, I had all my furniture in the street, the landlord refused to do an inventory, Nelson's letting did not provide me with any support. I continued facing numerous issues with the landlord who refused to do an inventory and to conduct any repairs done, the council had to come and conclude there where safetu and security risks, even then the landlord refused to conduct necessary repairs. I am now moving out as a consequence of all the issues with the landlord and Nelson's is once again organizing visits to the flat pretending that the landlord is great and the flat with no problems..... totally not professional.

They were quick in finding us a house, but after that the service was awful. they were rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and completely pushed us and our needs aside.

I am not one to post normally but I must say these guys were just awful. First I'm shown pictures that don't have any relation to the property, then show me another property for which i make an offer, pay a deposit and provide references and these leeches decide to take another higher offer leaving me homeless with 24 hours to find another flat! They told me it had been the landlord which I'd understand but I know it was them cos the guy they rented it to is my mate. Don't go anywhere near these vultures, they'll squeeze every penny they can from you & lie at every opportunity. Not amused.
