WARNING ⚠️ STAY AWAY!!!
I strongly advise against engaging with this company. They have demonstrated dishonest and unethical practices. Since 2017, they have been managing my property and have removed items without my consent. Upon reclaiming my property, I found it in a deplorable state due to their neglect of the regular maintenance that was agreed upon every three months. My property was left unattended and uncared for. I am currently initiating legal proceedings against Denhan for their years of mistreatment of my property and unauthorised removal of items.

I live in a property since January 2023 . Had numerous problem with the flat . Leak from upstairs, no electric in the bathroom , plumbing always clogged. I called they office numerous time they never ever since January came to my house once to make sure the problem is solved .
They just want money they ride and they lie
Avoid this agency at all cost

I have to agree with the other tenant reviews on this website that are more accurate than the five stars you find on google. Most probably given by the landlords making money and the people who work in the office.

One star is too much. Avoid, avoid, avoid this letting agency at all costs. Infestation, constant repair issues, lies upon lies. Not worth the headache at all.

Take this review as a WARNING. Do not rent from this agency, please don't. Tenants are not cared for. Money making is cared for. Do not waste your time with this agency.

Take it as a gift from God that you came across this review and rent from a decent agency that will care about your living standards as a human being.

There are people in this world that ensure that their animals are kept in better living conditions.

Do not rent from this agency and if you do you will see why my advice was so important. Then you can add to the list of negative reviews to warn someone else.

Three weeks with no heating or hot water and this agency's response is "we need the landlords permission before any works but we can not get a hold of the landlord". If you speak to one person one day, you'll speak to another the next. If you ask for the same person, they are either not in the office, they are busy on a call, busy filing paperwork. They say they'll call back but never do! Each day you call them, they say "hopefully" tomorrow it'll be fixed.

An absolute joke of an agency but the funny thing is it's not a joke to be without heating or hot water during winter!!

Please please avoid!!!
Worst agency don't care about living conditions, infestation, constantly lie about who's in the office. Just please avoid....

These people do not give a [*] about the state of the property’s or what conditions your living in as long as they get there money!!!! I been living with an infestation in there property for a whole year and now we have been without power in the kitchen for a few days they still ain’t doing anything do not rent from these scum bags
