They'll squeeze as much as they can from you!...

I rented an apartment from these guys for 8months, with countless problems. When I first moved in there were promises that leaks (nasty ones which dripped on your head in the bathroom), dodgy electrics, and broken lighting would be fixed (after 8months... nothing fixed). After getting high gas bills for the first few months/bill, I went to agency and asked "do I share my gas?", they replied quite nonchalantly "yes"... They were well prepared NOT to tell me that I shared gas, letting me foot the bill for it!..

The very worst part of the experience was the moving out, which is a stress enough which their rubbish, they know your vulnerable. After spending days moving and really cleaning the place up, and they inspected... Never in my life have I been "stone wall lied to" like the day of that inspection. The agent asked while in an immaculate kitchen with the smell of bleach in the air "did you get this professionally cleaned?"... to which I said "no", then he explained I had to hire them "or I can take it out of your deposit"... ???... next, he breezed past the leaking bathroom straight into the living room explaining the tiny indentation marks on the floor were because of having too much stuff, quote "if I thought you were going to have this much stuff here then I wouldn't have rented the place to you"... this sounds like I was running a small factory, I was not, I am mealy a uni student with stuff to do work with. By this time the word uttered by the agent of "immaculate" was boiling my blood, he continually stated that the property was "immaculate" when I moved in... he didn't let up with false claims about countless details, "straight up" lying to my face over and over and over made me feel sick to my stomach. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as I could.
