I purchased a Souvenir Press title through Amazon (never again!). Unfortunately it had some pages missing. No joy with Amazon (obviously) but a phone call to Souvenir Press was answered quickly. A cultured and polite voice assured me that they would resolve my problem straight away. The helpful woman checked that they had the title in stock and told me she would send me a new book (to Spain) free of charge. Lately when I have dealt with large companies I get so frustrated and disappointed, especially with the automated responses and Customer Services. Not so at Souvenir Press. Good work... you made me happy
