Great to have a one stop shop. They have a wide range of stock. My issue is that the staff don't know about their stock, didn't know details about tents and their pricing goes up and down significantly. I bought something one week on offer, told by staff it's the cheapest everywhere, the next day it goes down by £60! It's just not on!
I also saw them being very difficult when someone brought a tent back. They seemed genuine to me, but the staff were rude to them. Such a shame as they are so friendly when you want to buy something! I bet the issue is pressure from the management.
