A mixture of customer service ranging from brilliant to awful, depending on which 'assistants' you are interracting with. A few of them seem to have been tained (?) in communist countries where the customer is always wrong. The more helpful guys here deserve recognition for that. Some nice kit can be bough at this place, anyway.
