This is hands down my favourite shop in London - does what all shops should do: gives honest advice, quick service, very reasonable prices and really nice people. They never try to sell you anything unnecessary and really know their stuff.
I've used them about 5 times now for various little things, starting with help assembling my bike (which they adjusted for free!), buying a few little bits, getting a brake service and buying panniers. All brilliant. I thought I had paid too much for the panniers but when i got home I checked Amazon and they cost exactly the same.

Excellent service! Will never replace something which does not need replacing just for pocketing money. Very friendly and speedy service.

Fantastic all round. Dropped my bike off on Monday and had it back that evening after a full service. V imformative and really helpful in all areas.
Also great array of products. Best bike shop in the area and better by far than Evans etc.

The rear wheel on my bike broke and I went to the shop 5mins before they closed. They not only fitted the wheel in 10mins but didn't charge me anything to do it. Friendly helpful and speedy. Will definitely use these guys again. Excellent service.

Delighted to find this friendly and efficient business. They are helpful, pleasant, treat each customer as an individual and take time to talk about your particular needs or queries. The work was good and completed on time and at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

Used this new shop recently for a service on my bike.
Friendly staff and an amazing array or cycling accessories and clothing considering the small size of the shop.
Service on my bike was excellent, I am very pleased and would use them again. I got a full recipt detailing all of the work carried out. There were no nasty suprises of parts being replaced without any prior warning which I have experienced before.
Opening hours were very convienient and they were even open on Sunday!
Would highly recommend to others, nice to see more independent bike shops opening.
