Bike Works

Had to come back twice in a row - first a new chain they fitted in nearly snapped on me (found out by a luck) - that one they admitted. Now a new inner tube they fitted - cracked around the valve a week later. This time apparently I was unlucky!! (Again??) They said it was pierced by a spoke nipple (by a valve???) and didn't change it.
Would have cost them about £2 but they just lost a regular customer. I don't trust the products they're using any more. I need my bike for work every day & they messed me up twice - really upsetting....

Went in for a minor bit of work on my bike. I explained to them that I had recently had a professional bike fit done so I was surprised to get my bike back with the saddle 6in higher than when I handed it in. Especially when the work was being carried out on my fork?! perhaps someone fancied taking it for a spin.

Work itself was done competently and for a good price.

I had recently purchased a 2nd hand bike which needed a slight repair and set up. There are loads of bike shops round the Hackney area so I was spoilt for choice. I settled for Bikeworks and put my bike in for a service this morning after booking it on Saturday, I had a phonecall 2 hrs later that the work had been completed. I was well chuffed with the price and the service, I'm new to cycling and Miles who served me was incredibly helpful, and I would most definitely recommend to my friends.
