My experiences with Cavendish have always been positive. The staff always been very helpful, my bike has always come back ontime (unless they had to order a part in, in which case they called me to let me know) they generally have what i need in stock but when they don't they offer to order it for me, which can take a little while but comes in eventually. The guys there know their bikes and are quite patient with inexperienced riders.
