Harry Perry Cycles kindly serviced my bike last year after it had spent a long, lonely winter in the garden, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the performance of my bicycle & the service provided by staff. Friendly and professional without being overreaching or snooty, and they do know all there is to know about bikes, for sure.
I will be taking it in for another service prior to my triathlon next month, and I have no doubt that another positive review will be on the cards.
Great staff, 5-star service not often seen these days. I can highly recommend them any day of the week.
They had too much other work to repair my bike in the time I needed it, but were honest about it and recommended a few other local bike shops.
Worth 8 out of 10 just for being helpful, so I would go back.
Harry Perry cycles is simply the best, harking back to the days when a customer felt important, nothing is too much trouble for these guys, they dont try to sell you anything you dont want and would probably give you the shirt off their backs, used this shop for many years and will for many more
I have to say that my impression of Harry Perry Cycles is second to none. Personal and approachable and a great help with learning how to manage bike maintenance myself.
I cannot understand why their is a negative post from the previous reviewer, I have been dealing with the shop for 5 years and have never had a problem.
10/10 for service and help
10/10 for pricing
Excellent shop. Good all round service, the customer comes first.
Not the usual bunch of distracted teenagers, Harry knows all there is to know about bikes. Rapid and very reasonably priced.
Nothing is too much trouble for Harry Perry Cycles. I was so impressed with their service on my current bike, I decided to buy a carbon framed road bike from them. When I said I couldn't afford a "brand label" bike, Paul suggested a custom built special to their spec. but with my choice of colours. I'm collecting it this week and I can't wait. They're even giving me a reasonable part/ex price on my current bike.
