Shambolic. Took my bike there for a minor repair as they are one of only 2 dealers in London of my particular type of bike. The mechanic negligently broke another part, and in the next 7 weeks they failed to repair it or keep me informed of what was happening.
The shop may have a nice range of interesting bikes on sale, but without the service to back this up, I'll be avoiding this place in future.
