Fantastic service, fixed a puncture in my tyre in 20 minutes and even offered to help put it back on the bike. Much cheaper than other bike repair shops in the area would highly recommend

Chelsea Bikes - great service!
My wife cycles to and from work daily. Her bike hadn't been serviced for a while and was tired. We dropped her bike off to the guys on a Thursday evening for a full service and it was ready for collection on Saturday morning. We were really pleased with the service - friendly, impartial advice and reasonably priced.

I had my back wheel stollen this week and stopped in Chelsea Bicycles to have it replaced only to find out i needed a new chain, gears and the wheel. Atif was so very helpful and found a used wheel at a discounted price! He was gracious with the pricing and it was ready within a few hours. Many thanks to these guys!

I had a rear puncture fixed here the other day. Service was good, but expensive. £10 labour for a puncture? Oh well, I was treating myself.

The bars were a little scratched when i got it back but I couldn't be bothered to mention it. I would go back but only in a scrape (no pun intended).

I went to this shop looking for a ladies 2nd hand bike. Before entering the door of the shop i noticed the shop asistn arguing with a customer who recently brought a bike there... it doesnt matter who was right there, i have never seen such a rubbish customer service!! I walked in the shop and they carried on in their discussion (a girl with a new brand bike having trouble with the bike brakes) the shop assits. didn't care about me either... horrible, who wants to spend the money in a place like that?? besides, second hand bikes incredibly expensive... no one sane would buy a bike there....

Friendly, passionate, and super knowledgeable. Good deals and selections, great service and repair work, accommodating to, patient with fussy, neurotic customers (like myself!). Sometimes somewhat of a languid pace (what bike shop doesn't run at a languid pace, lol). Environmentally conscious. Overall, top notch.

Dropped my bike off this morning in a spur of the moment decision. Got it back at the end of the day cleaned, tuned, brakes sorted, serviced and rattle free. Excellent people

The worst, most amateur cycle shop i have ever been into.
I went there to get new brakes put on my touring bike, got it back and they had
put them on the wrong way round!
I also bought a lock from them, the bracket broke so i took it back withe receipt, they wouldnt give me a new bracket!
