Excellent product knowledge. They advised me on appropriate tyres, carrier and lighting.
They serviced my bike and gave a fully itemised list of work done as well as retaining old parts for me to keep if required.
The work was completed in the agreed time.
I was also told I would be charged for storage if I failed to pick my bike in the agreed time.
Top quality, professional service and would recommend to friends and family.

i recently took my bike in for repairs at fullwells and found them to be vary proffestional and helpful. i put my bike in monday morning for a service as i do punish it a lot and recevied it back tusday vary quick return and good communication.:)

Well fullwell autos is a very good and experienced bike shop BUT. The only problem is say your bike was broke and you had to leave it there you will have to collect it next week.Also they bump you for the amount of money you pay.Well really the public should be charging them for how long they take to fix things! We need a quiker auto place in barkingside!!!!!
