Brought my bike to be put back together after a flight. Was told that rear derailleur is broken, and that the previous workshop had messed up the chain, which had now been reconnected in 4-5 places.. Complete nonsense as I was there on site, watching the mechanics work, and the bike was new from shop before that.

Anyway, I bought new derailleur which cost me a fortune and asked a friend to help me replacing it. Friend (who isn't even professional mechanic) simply fixed the old derailleur! There was never any need for replacement. The chain snapped pretty quickly, so I had to buy that too.

bulls bikes, fantastic service, paid £35 to have my bike parts pinched and for them to not fix the problem i paid for. Highly recommended.

I didn't buy my bike here, but I really wish I had. The gentleman was so helpful and the prices were reasonable. I used this shop for all of my bike needs.
