It's a shame that there is no branch contact number! I Wanted an item and the online system sed it had it in my local cex branch but when I got there the branch never had it in stock in the first place!! Cex need to update the online sales and start putting up branch numbers so customers can call before getting frustrated and disappointed

Enough astroturfing Mr A customer. I think we all know these stores are now crap, due to the now universal poor customer service at CEX. And the fact that they don't have a contact number is just another example of there arrogance and how they don't give a damn.

As far as i'm aware the only monopolies left for 'all' gamers are Game uk and PC world...dread the thought :(

All the CEX shops used to have a phone number for people to call in so they could check on stock, unfortunately it's no longer the case. The web site is not updated properly so if you see that your item is in stock it may not actually be in the store. so the only way to find out is to go to the store were the item is located as display on there website, unfortunately you may go for nothing as you item may not be there. I no longer recommend this company, this is a shame they used to take care of there clients, it's no longer the case.

Cex is an amazing store to buy good quality second hand SLR cameras and lenses, some of their prices are even a lot cheaper than the ebay prices for second hand items like that. One thing that I don't like is that they have no phone number, I always like to call a store up to make sure something is in stock before I come to purchase it but all their london stores have no phone numbers....... But overall a great store with great products.
