Jumanji Pets

My pet died under their care. They let me know 3 days after and kept two of the hideys I had for my gunie pigs. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS PET SHOP

Bought fish for our young children from them, Four platy's, Did everything correctly and by the book yet they developed diseases really quickly and started dying after less than a week, Had to bury them and clear the tank because it was nasty, Called up to ask if they would be honest and refund or replace and they accused us of getting rid of any evidence so they can't test it and that they warned us to keep it if they died. DO NOT BUY FISH here and avoid buying pets in general.

They seem very friendly. Most of them are really helpfull. The boy behind the counter is genuine a sweetheart you can see he truly enjoys animals, and knows his stuff, but somehow by the introduction of a younger lady along with her boyfriend things seem to have changed. My neighbrood was telling me the lack of help they get if they ask her something and also how unpleasent it is as her actitud it is terrible. They hide away rather than greet, they look badly rather than smile. Also people have noticed the conditions of their caged animals... treat customers as such..terrible! Time renew staff

Jamanji pet shop is great there are so many supplies and animals to adopt and if they dont have the pet ypu want you can always order one!There is another petshop down the road so it is a pet shop that I recomend
