For the last year or two the shop has been managed by a really lovely lady, and the grooming has been done by a young girl who is excellent at her job. They are both so friendly and so knowledgeable and I now go to the shop 2 or 3 times a week - instead of once or twice a year. I buy everything for my precious dog there. She drags me to the shop whenever we're near. She is happier and healthier than she was before. There are many good stories I could tell, but it is all summed up by saying:

We brought our Lhasa Apso in to be clipped and groomed. The lady did a great job, he looked gorgeous.
Nimbus has a very thick coat which is prone to matting and although we do our best it can get out of control as he loves rolling around on Putney Common.

Just want to say that the black kitten I bought back in September is lovely! I've always kept a cat but this one is the huggyest puss ever, he was completely healthy and I've had no! problems wotsoever not one , huge! thankyou for my new best friend, THANKYOU! Credit were its due : )

I recently started using this shop after getting fed up with paying a fortune at Pets at Home. This shop is much cheaper and they have ordered in the things I need for my chickens. The big dog was lovely, this shop has proved that it can meet its customers needs and I am very happy with its service
