Ace pets supplies is go to be the best pet shop that I have gone into in years they have got every thing from the best bird stuff to fish it has got the most welcoming incoming from all the staff it is a clean environment and you can see that the staff look after their animals I would recommend this to people

This Pet Shop truly is ACE.... i went into Ace Pet Shop last Thursday... just browsing really as i wanted to purchase a special gift for my mum's 79th birthday. the staff were so friendly and accommodating; they never rushed me, they were able to answer all my questions and queries, and gave excellent advice. Their prices are very reasonable, not at all over-priced, location of the shop is very handy for me, as i also live on Well Street. The shop was clean, not smelly, i would defintely recommend this shop to friends and family. Excellent service and you live up to your shop name...ACE

I was recommended Ace pets by a friend , on going into the shop ,I found a nice bright very clean shop with happy staff who were happy to let me browse , they gave me excellent advice on how to care for my new kitten .They had a very chatty parrot with whom I held a hilarious conversation . I spent the good part of an hour chatting to staff and entertaining myself with the pets. I most definitely will be returning to this shop such a friendly atmosphere ..not at all like the old fashion pet shops ,there was no rush and I was not pushed into purchasing anything .

i truely believe this petshop is the best ive seen in a long while, whilst their working all day to maintain the animals are well looked after, they also offer a positive attitude towards customers and ive never felt intimidated by any of the staff, they are most helpful and are always willing to give advise and guide you in the right direction in order to look after your animal to the highest degree. They are also not ridiculously over priced on their animals and products and you get a service with a smile which makes me feel happy to go back, their cages are always clean and i recently bought a kitten from there i called her sky, she is so pretty and full of life it was quite easy to pick her althought the other kittens were just as lovely and lively ... im happy that the kittens have such large space in which to play and there wasnt so many kittens cramped in such a small space with their littertray right next to them, which i saw in another petshop around the corner :/ and thats why i rate this shop so high because its truely ace :)
