Absolutely marvelous local pet shop, very friendly, very knowledgeable. My three dogs and three cats are all completely raw fed, so I don't get food here (although their range is great) but regularly pop in for treats, bowls, muzzles, scratching posts etc, and have yet to be disappointed.
Highly recommended.

Got such good advice on problem fleas the other day. Staff were so nice- really friendly and chatty. Felt COVID safe but also stayed it there much longer than I needed because of great advice on other things as a plus. My cat frigging loved the whitebait and I’ll be back for more!
I believe in supporting local businesses but this one I would not recommend until they improved significantly. I've had to return items I purchased there twice. Please do better!
Really helpful pet shop I been here a lot recently due to moving near by. First time i went there the owner (i think) gave me very good nutrition advice for my cat and gave me half my items for free! Fish room staff overly friendly and go out there way to show you how to care for the fish and reptile room has a lot of snakes! Eek!
This is a fab pet shop and the workers are welcoming and know what they are talking about. I was in there for advice few months ago about bearded dragons set up and after looking around a few shops i will def be getting my dragons there tomorrow

Every time I go I get great customer care. The guy that ? owns it always gives me 3/4 free tins of cat food free.

This so far has been the best pet store I have ever been to with my family. I have 2 cats and a dog and have always come here to purchase the products they need from food to shampoos to pet beds and so on. From all the times I have been here I have found the staff extremely helpful and find some of the bad comments quite shocking as it doesn't seem to be the same pet shop. The staff are all well mannered and know what they're talking about! There is a wide range of pets and varieties of products. The only bad thing I have to say is that I found their kittens quite expensive. Amazing pet stor
Young lads that I have dealt with in the aquarium section have been really friendly and helpful.
I've recently set up a tank and have had some really good advice from a variety of the workers here, personally I feel a much better service than I got at Pets at Home. They have a wide range and a friendly service. A little surprised by some of the negative comments given my own personal experiences, but I suppose experiences do vary! I think it's great that this employer hires predominantly young people, and that they are clearly being well trained and are knowledgable.
I have been shopping here for years and have bought all of my fish and small animals from here and the service has always been top standard, it is sad to see there getting bad reviews from a small number of people as even tho the staff there are mainly young they know what there talking about and are very friendly and helpful.
I have never had any problems with the service I have reserved and all my animals have been in good health
even tho I am not local to the store and have to travel I will still keep shopping here :)

Is this some kind of joke, "pet store" more like a young offenders institute, all the kids that work in here have very a big chip on there small shoulders.
Tried to buy fish from here twice, both times gave up and went elsewhere, I asked a simple question (can i grab a fish) and its like you've made a personal insult to that member of staff, stand offish attitude walking up like there going to mug you, this is of course 10 minutes later once they have finished there conversation with there friends about who's going out with who, and all you want is a fish!!!
Really surprised by the negative reviews here as shopping at Supreme Animal Foods has always been a positive experience for us.
They have an excellent range of cat foods and their cat food expert is very knowledgable and helpful (and talkative). One of our cats has digestive (IBD like) problems and Supreme Aniimal Foods helped us find foods that she can tolerate better than anything else we have tried.
Their aquarium section is very well stocked and their advice was helpful when a friend of ours was setting up his aquarium. The fish he bought here were healthy and certainly did not die t
i see on here a few bad reviews which is really odd,obv when people have a bad services they rant about it but never a rant about a good services,i shop in there every week and know the lads in the reptile and fishroom really well and always get on well with them,if im early in the morning i have had a cup of tea and some toast with them and a nice chat,DONT GET THIS IN PETS AT HOME...ok they have some young staff but they are really helpful,the fish room lads always help me out and if there is a question they cant answer they will find out for me and make that extra effort in serving me
This pet shop isn't too bad as long as you know what you want from there, the staff are young, unexperienced I accually think I know more than they do and I haven't worked with animals. I like how they have a lot of variety of animals but if I go to the shop again and need to know something I would rather ask the owner. Good luck if you don't I ended coming out the shop with nothing and I wanted 2 hamsters for my daughter. Pets at home all the way I say
Everyone is extremely helpful. I would never use another pet shop! The Owner is extremely knowledgable & is always happy to answer any questions you have & his advise is always spot on.

I found the place to be very helpful. The people who have sold me fish have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Okay, the staff are very young and there is banter between them but they are keen to assist and if they don't know the answer to your question one of their colleagues will.
This is a truly awful pet store, was sold 3 fish that all died within a day. Saw dead and dying fish put in with the plant section because they could not be bothered to treat them. The staff are mainly young teenagers who have no idea about fish whatsoever,they seem more interested in play fighting with each other.They also were quite brash and rude. I think the manager there whoever he may be(didn't see any member of staff over the age of 20) should seriously reconsider who he employs. Visiting this shop was certainly not a pleasureable experience
The reptile section of the shop should not be underestimated,Hidden away at the back of the shop,It's like finding treasure.
I have been to reptile specialists all over the place and this one really puts most of them to shame,unusual healthy stock,unusual species and good prices.
The staff will look after you well here,with honest accurate information they are genuinely helpful,With other reptile shops not to far away,give this one a try,It does have the edge.
This is a very well stocked and informative pet shop, my family has been using it for over 5 yrs now and to be honest I cant say a bad word against them.....only maybe they need to look into their delivery system. But other than that I find them to be very helpfull, the have good knowledge about dog breeds, reptiles, cold/tropical water fish, insects.....to name a few. We have purchased fish and mice from them, i think we may have even purchased a kitten too, they are cheap and the products stocked are always good value and also the best for your animals, if you live local to ladywell and are looking for local petshop look know further.
