The delivery service was excellent but both the store phone in Kensington and the free phone are unobtainable. no email either.
No way of contacting them

Omg shopping here was unbearable staff had no idea they tried to sell me a flexible shoe which they said was suitable for crampons !!!!! anyway i suggest Elis Brigham or Altimus, they are just up the road and they both have a much better collection of travel clothing and footwear, but most importantly their staff know what their talking about.
