 Went to this store whilst visiting London with my kids and loved it. Was rushing around as we needed to get back to Euston to catch train home so did not do my usual check of the receipt before leaving. When I got home I had been double charged for an item so tried for 25 minutes to get through to them with no joy. Tried in the morning and by the afternoon they had verified my story with CCTV and issued a refund. I live 120 miles away so had no chance or desire of popping in to resolve. Excellent store and customer service, and I look forward to going back some time. |

Rubbish customer service got through by chance last week and was given the wrong info so wasted three hours going to the store to find out the item hadnt released. Was told to call this week to find out if what I was looking for had been released and have now left countless messages but they dont seem to want to return any calls. Will shop at smaller independent stores who arent so big and can be bothered to provide at least a basic level of customer services. Have called Nike and suprise suprise yet another anwserphone, I doubt anyone will actually bother to call me back. |
