I rented skates on Wednesday at 5:30pm and returned them on Thursday at 10:30am. In the web page of the business it says that the price is £12 up to 32 hours but they charged me £15. In the web site it also says that the rental includes knee, elbow and wrist apds, helmet and backpack. They gave me the pads and the helmet but instead of the backpack, a plastic bag!!!
