I love attending the store and checking out the clothing. There is a customer service assistant named chichi - she is always very polite and gives the best customer service. They need to promote this lady as here service is awesome.

First of all the JD customer service on the phone was excellent, not like the manager of the shop at Kilburn. Not sure what was his name but I have visited the shop on the 26/04/17 around 12:15 . Just wanna say how rude he was and absolutely not helpful. Really do not understand how he did get to manager position with this manner. Never go back to that shop again.

Jd in Kilburn never have stock,when ever I go there they normally only have display pairs, also they never ever answer there phone!! So I can check before wasting a afternoon travelling up there ! Been ring all afternoon ! Gave 2 stars because the staff in store were average at customer service on last wasted visit, but sadly they can't be bothered to answer phone to customers.

jdsports in kilburn is pretty good...the staff are all friendly and patient, they don't huff and puff when you make a lot of changes to your shoe size or even when you ask a lot of questions.

The downside so the business is that the clothes and shoes are to highly priced.

but overall its a good shop

The customer service it the worst I've ever had. I brought a new pair of Nike Air Force and after wearing them once the front split open -_- and when I tried to take them back all they said was "sorry we cant do refunds or take back any damaged items"....quite frankly I will never go back to that Jdsports ever again.

The Kilburn branch of jdsports in actually quite good, The staff are very helpful especially when your having a hard time picking what to buy.
