Went into Blacks in Richmond today, found exactly the shoes I wanted, and after 10 minutes of standing around like an idiot with not an assistant in sight, I walked out, came home, and ordered them online. They could have had a very quick and easy £65 out of me today.
When the High Street dies and internet shopping takes over, this will be why. Appalling British customer service.
