We went with our 5 and 6 year old daughters to JD in Ealing, to buy new trainers, on Sunday 20th Sept afternoon. The staff wasn't helpful at all..we waited for over 20 minutes to get served and waited another 15 minutes, for the shoes to actually come..which turned out to be not the size we asked for. So we left and since then, bought the same shoes online in competitive store. We suggest you do the same, if you don't want to waste your time and energy.
