Well the flash centre still have not taught there staff customer service skills, they are always surprised to see you walk in its almost like you have walked into there front rooms at there homes unannounced,
Prices are okay but you get a much better service and price elsewhere one member of staff will tell you one price then another will give you another.

Just a quick post about customer service. I recently completed the Chris Burfoot flash course which entitles you to 10% discount of purchases within a 6 month period. in my case I wanted to purchase both an elinchrom ranger quadra 2 head set, an elinchrom polystand and a skyport universal receiver. I contacted them to discuss my options as i wanted to make 2 purchases within the next couple of months, i.e. buy the polystand now and the quadra in a month or so, they were unwilling to allow me to do this stating that it only counted towards a single purchase. fair one, no compromise there then. I rang Park Cameras and negotiated a 10% reduction across my order which actually bought the overall price lower than the flash centre anyway. no problems at all and i was that happy with the service and common sense approach i actually bought all the items in one go. I would think that in tight times like these the flash centre would have a little more common sense to work with customers than simply providing negative options. Customers for life and all that sort of stuff still counts, I would have no hesitation in choosing my supplier wisely, so should you.
