I've used their services three times and each time they have been helpful and took extra time to personally assist and make sure the job was done right. The third time using them was to imprint and image on a coffee cup and they did an excellent job for a decent price. I would recommend them.

I have used this shop a couple of times for convenience in spite of the fact that the service has been poor and overpriced. Today's experience has me vow to never use their service again. I brought in a photo on a mount to have further copies made. On arrival to collect my product, the mount was torn and it was clear that the photo had been removed with little regard. On questioning why it had been damaged, I was told that this was the condition in which it arrived. The staff were rude and dismissive and refused to apologise for the damage caused.
