Build A Bear

I was very disappointed with my time at build a bear - I had booked a birthday party for my little girl, the price was not worth it, the staff there were incredibly immature - seemed to only be out for a sale which is not an encouraging thought when they are meant to supervise my child. Surely you should consider when hiring staff that are more effective at working with children. Please reconsider your staff members or take extra care when deciding who will be looking after the children- will not be returning to the Bromley branch.
