The shop is in the Bentalls Centre and is clean and well laid-out with plenty of smiley assistants to hand. If you like the Build a Bear concept then you can't go wrong here.. It would be nice to have more chances for the children to inter-act with the making process - (after they'd chosen their animal and clothes there isn't really much to do for them as the assistant does the stuffing), but maybe they're working on that?
