Very good range of products, and always loads of free parking at the Brent Cross Store. However frequently they are out of stock and not sure when stock will be back in. Also, it is difficult to get through to the store on the phone and it takes forever (waited 25 mins in the past when the store has been pretty empty) for the store-room to send large merchandise down to the service desk. Sometimes there are in-store specials that are not online.
