I have use this travel service recently and everything goes to plan but my only issue was I had wanted to return back to London a couple days before so I sent them an email to see if I could return earlier and what would be the cost becuase my circumstances has change unexpectedly. I have waited until to this day I never got a reply from them. Now it's two weeks since I return and still never got a reply.
Unfortunately I have to return back to Jamaica in the next couple of weeks and I am not sure I would want to book with them again. I could not have my dates change by the Airline becuase I didn't bought the ticket directly from them. I was truly disappointed to say the least. Sending me a late reply would be truly appreciated but by not acknowledging my email alone is telling me to go somewhere else. Their service was good but their communication is where I do have a problem with.

Maybe you of called us to change your return flight and we would of been very happy to change your return flight. We are here help all of our customers.

I have use Tottenham travel for over 6 years they are very cheap flights to Jamaica I have recommended loads of people and I no alot of people that have use them and they have helpful. Tottenham travel fan.
