It is 12 months since the previous review and nothing has changed. My son has just had the most frustrating series of conversations with STA because he entered his name details wrong on his ticket and he has had a completely intransigent response from the customer 'service' division. He is now going to change his name by deed poll because that is so much cheaper than making the change with STA.

My grandaughter has been trying for the last 9 days to get her flights amended. Due to lack of response by staff at Kingston UK branch she is still no nearer to getthing this sorted and in the meantime the costs of flights are increasing minute by minute.
As she is currently in Cambodia she has contacted me (her grandmother) to try and resolve. I have tried since late yesterday afternoon. I again contacted at 10 am this morning (when they open) yet no action has been taken until I contacted for the 3rd time today at 1:15 and this was to tell me they are checking their terms and conditions. It is now nearly 2 pm and they still have not got back to me.
The couldn't care less attitude, the lack or any small nibble of urgency is appalling. If there's another company that can offer you the same at this company, use them. This lot is just a bunch of unprofessionals.
